Talent Recruiter

C&P Group, in Springfield, Virginia, is seeking an in house Talent Recruiter to help grow our team of Sales Producers and CSR's. The shift is 9 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. The

ideal candidate must have 3 years prior recruiting or human resource experience, and prior experience recruiting within the insurance industry is preferred.
